To commemorate Turkey’s the National Day, the Ambassador from that
country inMexico, Alev Kilic, Kilic Perin and his wife presided over a cer-
emony that recalled the 87 anniversary of the founding of the Republic of
Turkey, known in Turkish Cumhuriyet Bayrami. The Turkish nation was
founded onOctober 29, 1923.
