IDC México —firma de inteligencia de mercado— asegura que
la demanda de aplicaciones robustas como video y el acceso
a redes sociales, está acelerando el incremento de mayores
anchos de banda, lo que a su vez origina una mayor demanda de
infraestructura óptica y equipos de red. En el mercado de consumo,
los smartphones encabezan la lista de mayor crecimiento, seguidos
de laptops, netbooks, celulares y servidores. Los equipos All-In-
One, todo en un display, crecieron con el regreso a clases y durante
el tercer trimestre de 2010 las PC, más visuales y atractivas a pesar
de su alto costo, son un mercado que crecerá considerablemente.

Mexico-IDC, a market intelligence firm, says that demand for robust applica-
tions such as video and access to social networks, is accelerating the growth
of higher bandwidth, which in turn creates greater demand for optical in-
frastructure and equipment network. At the consumer market, the smart
phones are leading the fastest growing list, followed by laptops, notebooks,
cell phones and servers. Equipments such as Teams All-In-One, all in one
display, grew with the student’s return to school and during the third quarter
of 2010 the PC, more visual and attractive, despite their high cost, are a
market that will grow considerably.
